THE BEST STAIN REMOVER! I have tried many stain removers and this is not only the cleanest though also the one that works the best! Funny enough my husband came home from a hike and dirtied our white duvet, and he offered to clean it (I know he's amazing lol). I showed him the stain stick, and when he was done, he came to me and said "that stain stick is amazing and made it so easy!". If our husbands can figure it out and end up commenting on it, we know it's a win! Thank you Kind Laundry for creating this product!
I am so glad to have found this stain remover bar!! I used to get stain remover bars from The Laundress, but for some reason The Laundress bars have been discontinued. These Kind Laundry stain remover bars are just as good if not better!! I use them to clean many different things.
Kind Laundry's Stain Remover Bar is excellent! I used it on one of the toughest stains I've encountered: dried-on avocado. I have tried liquid stain removers in the past and they had no effect on avocado stains, but Kind Laundry's stain remover took care of it!

I was super skeptical of this bar until I was staring at my (not-so-white) Nikes and remembered that I had purchased the bar at my local refill store. I got to work on my shoes and after gentle scrubbing and use of this bar, my grungy dingy nikes were glowing white. The bar had hardly shrunk and I was hooked. Dirt stains on the shoe? Gone. Boyfriend spilled coffee on his cream colored shirt? Not an issue. Chocolate ice cream on your white pants? Whatever.
This bar is a powerhouse and actually works. Will love to continue to support Kind Laundry because their product actually works!
Really love this stain remover! My spouse had a set oil stain in their polo shirt (already washed multiple times) and it worked incredibly well to remove it.
I was thinking at first “hmmm…this stain remover isn’t really going to work but I’ll give it a try”. I did and let me tell you…I’m in love. I won’t be using any other stain remover at all.
Love this stuff. Gets set in blood stains out really well each month. Just ordered my replacement stick. Tool about 6mo + to go through one bar. Use it like soap, as in wet, lather and rub onto stain/fabric. I store it in a jar under my sink to dry out between uses. Works great! Highly recommend
I’ve always loved using kind laundry detergent, I found it worked really well (better than regular detergent) and it was safe for myself and my family. I decided to take a leap and order the stain stick and I’m so glad I did! I went for a run in the rain in brand new WHITE sneakers AND socks, and of course they both were in really rough shape when I returned home. I pulled out the stain stick, and the sneakers and socks are in like-new condition now! Here’s a before and after of the socks using ONLY the stain stick, not washing them yet.
Wow! This actually works! I was pretty skeptical, but I've already used it on two period stains and they came right out after acting quickly and in conjunction with hot water! I definitely recommend this over something in a plastic bottle.
I was searching up products for stain remover. I noticed it was all plastic. I am slowly trying to ways to be less plastic. So I decided to search up a better way. I found this brand and it works! After applying it to my work shirt that had pit stains, just one time. It took the stains away( I don't have a before image.) I put the bar in a glass jar to maintain it. Glad I found this product.
I worked for a conventional laundry products company for 10 years. We produced, good, effective products. But I was always concerned about the amount of plastic bottles and packaging that we used for our products. So, I decided to see what other options are out there. After doing lots of research on alternative products. I was impressed with Kind--minimal ingredients, no-plastic packaging. Of course, I was skeptical about whether or not Kind laundry sheets actually work! They do. I use the sheets for all of my laundry. Most impressive example though--I have a friend who is a landscaper. She was here at my home doing some gardening. Her clothes got very, very dirty. I put her pants, shirt, socks, etc. in the washer with 4 Kind sheets. The clothes came out clean, even without pre-treating. Even the dirt on the cuffs of her shirt, which were filthy, came clean. So, Kind sheets are very eco-friendly, and highly effective. And take up almost no room in our laundry area!
Also worth noting, the Kind Stain Stick is great. Easy to use format, and it really works. I used to keep liquid laundry detergent in a liquid dish soap bottle to squirt on to and rub in stains and spots to pretreat them. The Kind Stain Stick is actually more effective.
I have to note that the sheets are expensive. The box of 60 sheets does not equate to 60 loads. Based on the instructions and my laundry needs, I never use only 1 sheet per load. So, almost $19 for what is more like 25-30 loads, vs. 60. You can reduce the price by buying multiples and subscribing. I don't have the physical room to store too many boxes, though.
Luckily, I can afford to use the product, but some folks might not be able to. Hoping that Kind gets enough consumers using their product that maybe they can get their cost of goods down and lower the price!
I do wish is that Kind sheets had more fragrance. The fragrance is really nice. I just wish that there was more of it, and that it had more staying power. Having worked in laundry for 10 years, I know the science, and I know that fragrance has nothing to do with how clean your clothes are. But I do like my laundry to smell nice when it is finished!
So, all in all, Kind sheets and the stain stick are a go for me. I will keep using them and recommend them to others. Good work Kind!
So far so good! Very impressed with this stain remover bar. I can definitely replace the oxyclean plastic jugs that I've been using for decades. Easy to use, just wet the bar and rub on stain like a bar of soap as per instructions. Leave for five mins and then rinse the stain. I let my garment air dry before washing if I don't have enough for one full load. Then wash all my pre-treated clothes in one go. Have used it for blood and food stains. Works great! I also keep the bar in a glass jar under the sink for immediate treatment and soaking of stains. The first few times I put the wet bar back into the cardboard box after use for storage and it just gets wet and soggy before it dries. Not a huge issue, but for ease, can treat it like a bar of soap for longevity.
No kidding. I had low expectations with a vegan laundry detergent but man was I ever flabbergasted when I pulled my hair turban out of the washing machine to find ALL of the permanent purple hair dye completely washed away using only the Kind laundry detergent sheets. No pretreatment and no soaking. Like magic!
This stain bar is better than fels naphtha for blood stains ! Especially if you get the brush aswell , you should have no issue getting out 95% of stains .
It gets my stains out great. Even some older ones. My dish towels had old stains and looked dingy and this stain bar got out all the stains and used wit the laundry detergent and now they lóok brighter and even the coffee stains came out
Maybe I'm too used to 'spraying' a stain removal solution. I have only used this magic bar for a limited time, a month. So with use for at least a few more months I will become a better experienced user but always a Kind customer.
Ink got on my grandsons new t shirt. I rubbed in the stain bar on damp shirt and scrubbed. In no time the whole stain came out. Amazing, I love it so much I ordered more for family members to try.
I am amazed at how well this natural stain bar works at removing virtually every stain, including exterior paint, permanent ink and oil stains from my clothes. I don’t think I have yet found a stain this bar cannot remove. And, no horrible-for-the-planet plastic is involved. This stain bar is better than or equal to the two big name-brand stain removing products, truthfully from direct experience. Just think of the additional energy required to transport products containing water! I highly recommend, especially if your am is clean clothes but also if your aim is a cleaner environment.
What types of stains can the Stain Remover Bar remove?
Our Stain Remover Bar is designed to tackle tough, set-in stains that go beyond what our Laundry Detergent Sheets can handle. This includes — but isn’t limited to — grass, blood, baby poop, food, beverages, sweat, and even hair dye stains.
2.
Is the Stain Remover Bar safe for all fabrics?
Yes! Our specialized formula uses natural surfactants to lift away proteins and fats that cling to fabric — all without the use of harsh chemicals that can damage your fabric.
3.
Does it contain harsh chemicals or artificial fragrances?
Absolutely. It’s made with gentle, plant-based ingredients and contains no harsh chemicals or animal by-products, making it 100% vegan. Plus, it’s completely scent-free, so it’s safe for even the most sensitive skin.
4.
Can I use the Stain Remover Bar on colored clothes?
Yes, our formula is color-safe! Since it’s free from bleach and other harsh chemicals, it’s perfectly safe to use on both colored and delicate fabrics.
5.
How long does one bar last?
Our Stain Remover Bar is designed to last much longer than a typical soap bar. Because it dissolves slowly, you can get up to 100 washes or more — depending on how much surface area you’re treating each time.
6.
How does it perform on old or set-in stains?
Patience is key for older or set-in stains. Start by applying the bar directly to the stain and gently scrubbing the area by hand. Let it sit for about 2 minutes, then rinse and check the fabric. If the stain persists, repeat the process until it begins to fade — then wash as usual with our Laundry Detergent Sheets for a complete clean.
