Our laundry soap sheets contain only 4 ingredients as clearly stated on our packaging and Material Safety Data Sheet (MDMS) which is a document that contains information on potential hazards (health, fire, reactivity, and environmental). The majority (or all) traditional laundry detergents do not claim the ingredients on their bottle and direct the consumer to their website because it contains more than 25+ toxic chemicals, this is how they "hide" what is in their formulation. Other brands that sell the same "sheet" as us also do the same as it contains more than 50% fillers such as starch, glycerin and SLS. We take the quality and formulation in our products, as well as what we claim very seriously. This is important to us as a brand in order to sell the best laundry detergent sheets to our customers.
You have until midnight the same day you placed your order to cancel your order and receive a refund after your purchase. If you try to cancel your order after you received a Shipping Confirmation email, we will not be able to issue a refund as the item has already been processed to be shipped out to you.
If your product is damaged or defected, please kindly email us with the subject line “Return: Damage or Defected item with your order #” along with a photograph so we can immediately look into sending you a new one. Once we received your information and it is sufficient, we will reship a new one within 2 business days.
