  • Do You Offer Samples?

    If you want to try our detergent strips but don't want to commit to a full box yet, we offer a Travel Pack which contains 6 strips/loads.

  • How may laundry detergent sheets should I use?

    Place your clothes into your washing machine and simply add the detergent strip on top of your clothes.
    1 strip = 1 load
    2 strips = more cleaning power
    3 strips = heavy loads like bedding and towels
    One regular load is approximately 5KG of lightly soiled laundry, or the equivalet of one cup of liquid detergent or one pod - without the mess.

  • Is kind laundry safe to wash with silk, wool, cotton, or any delicate fabric?

    Kind Laundry is safe to use on all types of fabrics. However, just like any new product, you may want to do a small test to be sure.

  • What water temperature should I use when washing?

    Our laundry detergent strips work effectively in either cold or hot water settings.

  • Can I use them in H.E. (High Efficiency) washing machines?

    Yes. Since Kind Laundry strips do not contain concentration of suds, as you'd normally find with most liquid or powder detergents, it will also work effectively in high efficiency washing machines.

  • Do I need to place the sheet/strip inside the detergent dispenser in my washing machine?

    Nope. Whether you have a front or top load washing machine, you just simply throw the detergent sheet with your clothes and you can begin your wash cycle.

Shipping & Returns

  • Where do you ship from?

    We ship from Toronto, Canada. For US orders, we mostly use USPS and it only take 2 - 7 business days to arrive. In some special cases, we will use private carriers to ensure your order arrives to you as quickly as possible.

  • When will I receive my order?

    Orders from the US: Delivery time is approximately 2 - 7 business days once you receive your shipping email confirmation.
    Orders from outside the US: Delivery time is approximately 5 - 14 business days once you receive your shipping email confirmation (depending how strict the Customs in your Country is).

  • What is your subscription cancellation policy?

    You have until midnight the same day you placed your order to cancel your order and receive a refund after your purchase. If you try to cancel your order after you received a Shipping Confirmation email, we will not be able to issue a refund as the item has already been processed to be shipped out to you.

  • What is your return policy?

    In the event of damaged or defective items, please email us at hello@kindlaundry.com with the subject line "Return: Damage or Defected item with your order #" along with a photograph, and we will promptly investigate and, if necessary, send you a new product within 2 business days.

    If you're not satisfied with the product for any reason, our satisfaction guarantee covers refunds within 60 days from the date of delivery. Simply email us at hello@kindlaundry.com with your order number. Please note that the refunded amount will reflect the product purchase price. For any further inquiries or assistance, contact us at the same email address.

  • Tell me more about your shipping

    Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
